Mrs.
Sadie Ellen Anderson, age 79, of Westview, died Monday, December 4, 2000, at
Medco Center of Hardinsburg. Born February 24, 1921, Mrs. Anderson was the
daughter of the late John B. Laslie and Josie Pile. She was a housewife and a
member of the Cave Spring United Methodist Church. A daughter, Betty Schumacker,
preceded her in death in 2000, as well as a grandchild and great-grandchild.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph, E. Anderson, Hardinsburg; three
daughters, Barbara Burnette, Falls of Rough, Sandra MacDonald and Reba Morris
Westview; three sons, Charles Anderson; Decatur, AL., John Anderson, Custer, and
Marvin Anderson, Frankfort; a sister, Helen Tucker,
Lexington; a brother, Harold Laslie, Harned; 15 grandchildren; 20
great-grandchildren; 9 step great-grandchildren and 1 great -great -grandchild..
The funeral will be held at 11 A.m. Thursday, December 7 from Trent
Dowell Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, with the Rev: Danny Paddack officiating.
Burial will be in Kingswood Cemetery.
